ClimeMET is a UK brand of weather instruments for homes and gardens. Its About page says it was created by a man who loved the outdoors and wanted weather instruments for people who feel a connection to the natural world: powerful enough to record strong winds, but lightweight and stylish enough to sit in a home or garden. The store says it has made weather instruments since 2009, backed by more than 75 years of combined weather expertise.
The range covers indoor and outdoor use. Indoors there are weather dials, barometers, thermometers, hygrometers, moon phase clocks and tide clocks, with dials offered in colors such as Slate Grey, Classic Cream, Golden Bronze and Meadow Green. For the garden there are rain gauges, soil thermometers and gardening gift sets. A Personalised range and a Mounted Mini Dials range round it out.
The homepage message is that you do not need to be an expert to appreciate the weather, just curious. Pricing in pounds ranges from a Professional Manual Rain Gauge at 24.95 GBP to a Thermometer and Hygrometer Mini Bundle at 38.00 GBP. The site advertises free UK delivery.
A newer part of the catalog is its Signature Bundles, described on the homepage as a new way to shop the most loved minis. The store also runs its own promotions, such as a 20% discount code on its barometer range.
Tek Labs on the store
Free Gifts app on the storefront
The Tek Labs Free Gifts app script loads on the homepage and on product pages, including the Thermometer and Hygrometer Mini Bundle (checked October 2026). No gift promotion was visible when we looked, so we do not describe one. The store's own homepage promotion at that time was a discount code on barometers. Offers change over time.
In their words · ★★★★★ · Shopify App Store
“This app was a huge help during BF/CM. It handled discount scenarios that Shopify’s native discounts couldn’t, and everything ran smoothly even at peak volume. Very happy with it and we plan to keep using it.”
ClimeMET's own App Store review, from February 2026, says the app helped during Black Friday and Cyber Monday: it handled discount scenarios that Shopify's native discounts could not, and ran smoothly at peak volume. That is the clearest signal of how this store uses it, as a way to build promotions that the standard discount tools do not cover.
A store with bundles and sets, like this one, typically runs gift-with-purchase offers across a small number of high-margin items, for example a free mini dial or rain gauge when a larger instrument is in the cart. It can also use a gift to move customers from a single dial to a set.
Because the catalog includes personalized items, it is worth keeping personalized products out of gift rules, so a gift is never attached to an order that cannot be changed.
