What should I include in a support request?

Include your Shopify store URL, which app you are using, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots or a short screen recording of the problem make it faster to find the cause.

Where can I get help setting up an offer?

Start with the user guides for Free Gifts BOGO & Upsell and Post Purchase Upsell, which cover setup step by step. You can also look at the demo stores (password 1) to see how an offer is meant to look, then ask us in chat if something is unclear.
